The RASE Project
The RASE Project is a community group comprised of recovered people that offer free, intensive care management for patients struggling with any type of addiction. They assist patients with getting connected with a wide variety of support services, medication assisted therapy, and provide ongoing follow-up to patients throughout their entire recovery process. Their main office is in Harrisburg, but their services extend to every county that PHMG has an office in. Referrals can be made with patients via telephone.
